Picked up our 2025 Thor Chateau Motorhome from SR1-Turner yesterday and we are elated. Toby Rose and his assistant Nick gave us a detailed walk through inside and out of the motorhome and explained how everything operates. Our salesman Ken was awesome also in working with us and meeting our needs. Pam also did a superb job in final cleaning before we picked it up. I highly recommend SR1 to anyone looking for an RV. This process has been better than I could ever have expected. It started with Zach when I made my inquiry and he was patient as my schedule was running late.
Then Toby helping me with my walk through and making sure I knew everything that I needed to know as a new trailer owner and allowed me to videotape everything.

From start to finish my experience was awesome. Kenny from sales was great, Shawn in finance kept me in the loop and was very informative, Toby and Nick did the walk thru to show me my RV's components. Both knew my RV inside and out. Very informative and helpful. Advised on hoses and parts I will need. The parts guys were great. Got 20% off. Can't beat the price of my new RV!
